- SkyWest pilots: 2008-Present
- ExpressJet: Date of SkedPlus adoption-Present. Varies if you are ex-ASA/ex-ExpressJet
If you are planning to do a paper transcription too, check for overlapping times between the paper logbooks and SkedPlus. You must choose between the SkedPlus times and paper logbook.
SkedPlus time
- Pros: More accurate, less expensive, leg by leg, all crew included
- Cons: No instrument, night (ex. LogTen), approaches
Paper logbook time
- Pros: Will match your paper logbook exactly, includes instrument, night, and approaches
- Cons: No crew, more expensive, less accurate
